Kaichou continues to learn, grow and study many aspects of how these connections online are becoming part of the very fabric of our society. Having been extremely successful as a leader and mentor to those in the tech and online communication industry, Kaichou is very excited and eager to work with talent in a smart and intentional way to ensure success, all while having fun doing what you love.

    With over 15 years of entertainment and corporate training experience,  Eric continues to educate and empower audiences all across the US. Having the opportunity to assist others with their content, and working with creative people who love what they do, is truly what keeps all of the inspiration going. Having owned a talent agency in the past, using industry experience, Shachou works with content creators to find their authentic voice and share that with their audience, all while having fun.

    Shachou loves authenticity, has an eagerness to learn and a drive to further develop your craft.
